Paisalo Digital has raised Rs 5 crore through allotment of 5, 10% p.a. Unlisted, Unsecured, Unrated Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1 crore each on private placement basis. The Operations and Finance Committee of Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital in their meeting held on April 13, 2023 has allotted the same.
