Elantas Beck India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/05/2023, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 31 March 2023. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading framed by the Company under the Insider Trading Regulations, Trading Window (i.e., period to deal in the Company’s shares) shall remain closed from Saturday, 1 April 2023 for all Designated Employees of the Company and will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the stock exchange.
