Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 7(2)(a) of the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, VRL Logistics has informed that the Company has received disclosures in Form C dated 12/04/2023 from Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar and Dr. Anand Sankeshwar, Promoters of the Company for disposal of equity shares held by them in the recently concluded buyback of equity shares of the Company. Further, the Company has also received disclosures in Form C dated 12/04/2023 from Vani Sankeshwar and Lalitha Sankeshwar, members of the promoter’s group of the Company for disposal of equity shares held by them in the recently concluded buyback of equity shares of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 7(2) (b) of the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the copy of above said disclosure.
