Prime Fresh has informed that in reference to the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, the company informed that Prime fresh (Formerly Known as Prime Customer Services) is 'not a Large Corporate (LC)' as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular. Hence, the disclosure requirement under Para No-4 of said circular is not applicable to the Company.
