Physical Rubber prices extended strength on Thursday due to improved demand with data showed Natural rubber consumption registered a 7.3% YoY increase in February. Although, recession and rate hike woes still make investors cautious.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 151.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 151/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 149.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 149/ kg.
