Moneyboxx Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company on April 21, 2023, has approved the allotment of 72,900 equity shares of Rs 10 each against the stock options granted to eligible employees of the Company who have exercised the stock options vested to them under Employees Stock Option Plan 2021. Consequent to said allotment the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from 24,92,13,600 to 24,99,42,600. The details as required under the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are enclosed as Annexure - I.
