SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/ 2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and hence the Company is not ‘Large Corporate’. Therefore, the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexure A and B2 respectively to the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year ended 2022-23, does not arise.
