Dev Information, Siemens and Adani Power to see some action today

Dev Information Technology (DEVIT) has secured an order from Gujarat Informatics, an Undertaking of Department of Science and Technology Gujarat for Relational Database Management System Software (RDBMS) platform used in the digital portal for providing the services: E-Dhara App, IKhedut App, Online Citizen Centric Services, Jan Seva & Digital Sevasetu App, Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Portal for Agriculture Services, Online Student Scholarship Services and Pension Services App. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is approximately Rs 34 crore.

Siemens, as part of a consortium along with Rail Vikas Nigam, has received two separate orders from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRCL). Siemens’ share as part of the consortium is Rs 678 crore. The orders are for Surat Metro Phase 1 (over 40 kilometers covering 38 stations and 2 depots) and Ahmedabad Metro Phase 2 (over 28 kilometers covering 23 stations and 1 depot).

Adani Power has entered into a Long-term Power Supply Agreement with M/s MPSEZ Utilities (MUL) for a capacity of 360 MW to be supplied from the company’s 4,620 MW power plant at Mundra, Dist. Kuchchh, Gujarat for 15 years.

Greenpanel Industries has resumed manufacturing operations of the MDF plant situated at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand on April 19, 2023. Earlier, the company had temporarily closed operations from April 1, 2023, owing to routine maintenance of the plant.

Ratnabhumi Developers (RDL) has received an approval for the transaction for acquisition of 100% Shareholding in Ratnabhumi Techno Engg (RTEPL). From the said acquisition, RTEPL will become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of RDL.

HCL Technologies has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2023. HCL Technologies has reported fall of 5.29% in its net profit at Rs 2,844 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3,003 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.94% at Rs 11,862 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 10,889 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 10.61% in its net profit at Rs 3,981 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 3,599 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 18.09% at Rs 27,059 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 22,914 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering has entered into a binding Joint Venture Agreement with NYMWAG CS to manufacture freight wagon and/or its components.
