Milkfood has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 1st May, 2023 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 along with other matters if any. Further to letter dated 30th March, 2023 and in terms of Code for prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended thereto, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company would remain closed for all the designated persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results to the public.
