Esab India has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Secretarial Report under Regulation 40 (9) dated 21st April 2023 issued by V Mahesh & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, confirming that the: Share Certificate(s) relating to the transfer of shares received during the period from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers have been issued within thirty days of the date of lodgement for transfer, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies from respective date of lodgement of each deed excepting those rejected on technical grounds.
