With reference to the SEBI Circular (Ref No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018) whereby amongst others, the listed entities which are identified as ‘Large Corporate’ within the meaning as specified in the said circular, are required to file an Initial Disclosure within 30 days from the beginning of the Financial Year giving certain information.
