As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 the listed entities are required to submit the ‘Initial Disclosure’ within 30 days & ‘Annual Disclosure’ within 45 days from the beginning of the Financial Year. In this regards, Jet Freight Logistics has informed that the Company does not fall under the ‘Large Corporate criteria’ as prescribed in the said circular and therefore the requirement for furnishing the Initial/Annual Disclosure in prescribed format of ‘Annexure-A’ of that circular does not arise.
