Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Navin Fluorine International has informed that the Company has received an intimation today, April 28, 2023 from KFin Technologies, the Company's RTA, regarding loss of share certificates and issue of letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed. Accordingly, letter of confirmations will be issued in lieu of duplicate share certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out.
