Spectrum Foods is setting up a project of salt refinery of capacity 1 lakh TPA and spices along with a Wind Turbine of 2 MW. For this purpose, the company has been sanctioned a term loan of Rs 17.4 crore from State Bank of India (SBI) and to meet the balance fund arrangement the company is re-issuing the forfeited shares on preferential basis to body corporates.

The said project for Wind Mill is to be completed by March 31, 2013 and for salt and spices by December 31, 2013.

Spectrum Foods provides import and export services. The company is engaged mainly in trading activities and has diversified into the business of manufacturing and selling spices and industrial salt.
