Further, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI LODR, the extract of the Audited standalone and consolidated results of the Company for quarter & year ended 31st March, 2022 have been published by the Company in Financial Express, all India edition in English and Financial Express Gujarati on 29th April, 2023.
