With reference to its previous communication informing the outcome of preferential issue committee/allotment on conversion of warrants on 01.05.2023. In this regard, JTL Industries has informed that due to one clerical/typographical error, the time of conclusion of Committee Meeting has been inadvertently mentioned as 6.01 pm instead of 5.55 pm. So, the time of conclusion of said Meeting please be read as 5.55 pm accordingly.
