Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Aakashdeep metal Industries has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice together with the Explanatory Statement, seeking approval of the members of the Company. In compliance with the provisions of MCA Circulars, this Postal Ballot Notice is being sent by email to all the Members, whose name appears in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on cut-off date, Friday, 21st April, 2023 for seeking approval of members of the company.
