Tanfac Industries has informed that some of the production facilities of the Company’s plant located at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, would be temporarily shut down for planned Annual Maintenance from 5th May 2023 which is expected to complete in 15 to 20 days. Other production facilities of the Company will continue to run during the aforesaid period. During the aforesaid period the Company will continue to meet the requirements of its key customers without any interruption from the inventory accumulated for this purpose. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 and any other applicable regulation of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
