Panasonic Carbon India Co has informed that as per the Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and including amendments thereof, Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18 May 2023 at 11.00 am, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 of the Company among other subjects mentioned in the Agenda; to recommend Dividend if any, on equity shares for the year ended 31st March, 2023. Moreover, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading and with reference to the letter dated 30th March 2023, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 to 20 May, 2023.
