Seamec has completed the process of acquiring 100% stake in Aarey Organic Industries on May 2, 2023. The total acquisition of shares is valued at Rs 17.40 crore. The objective of acquisition is to use the present unproductive assets to the best use of the company on a long term basis for captive business purpose.
Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
