A copy of the said audited financial results together with the Auditors Report for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure 1. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 (3) (d) of the Listing Regulations, the declaration of Unmodified Opinion by the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in respect of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2023 is enclosed. Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1:00 pm and concluded at 03:15 pm.
