Firstsource Solutions (FSL), a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services has won Best Outsourced Contact Centre in the Welsh Contact Centre Awards. The company also had two finalists in the awards, Michael Hill in the Best Manager (Over 100 staff) and Joanne Barker in the Best Support Person categories.
