According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 731.61 crore in index futures and options segments on Friday, March 08, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 568.96 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 162.65 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 495.16 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 168.17 crore.
