Pursuant to regulation 30 and other relevant regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019, Magnanimous Trade & Finance has informed that the Company has received a notice of resignation from the Statutory Auditors, Chaudhary Pandiya & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN:001903C) as per the reason stated in the resignation letter. Further, the information required from the said auditor in pursuance of SEBI_ circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019, will be submitted after vacation of position as Statutory Auditors. This intimation is therefore treated as an advance intimation of resignation from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. A letter of resignation received from the statutory Auditors is enclosed.
