In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, APL Apollo Tubes has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 12th May 2023, to consider and approve audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and the year ended 31st March 2023 and consider recommendation of final dividend on equity shares, if any. In accordance with ‘the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, ‘the trading window’ for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is already closed from 1st April 2023 and shall reopen on 15th May 2023.
