Angel One has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of ‘Angel One Asset Management Company’. The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary on May 4, 2023.
The WOS will carry on the Business of raising or acquiring funds, managing and acting as managers, consultants, advisors, administrators, attorneys, agents or representatives or nominees of or for any mutual funds, offshore funds, insurance funds, unit trusts, venture capital funds, investments funds etc.
Angel One is a technology-led financial services company providing broking and advisory services, margin funding, loans against shares (through one of its Subsidiaries, AFPL) and financial products distribution to its clients under the brand ‘Angel Broking’.
