In terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, UltraTech Cement has informed that the Company has issued letter of confirmation to 5 shareholders, as per list given in Annexure- I attached based on information received from the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent on 9th May, 2023.
