S Chand And Company together with its wholly owned subsidiary namely Chhaya Prakashani has completed the investment of Rs 3 crore in AToZLearn Edutech having brand name ixamBee on May 11, 2023. Post this investment, the company together with Chhaya would be holding 4.33% share capital of ixamBee on fully diluted basis.
