Cargotrans Maritime has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in the name and style of ‘Cargotrans Lines’ in the Republic of Singapore on May 11, 2023, with an Issued Share Capital of Singapore Dollars 10,000 to, inter alia carry on business of shipping including chartering of ships and boats with crew, Liner, Logistics etc.
Cargotrans Maritime is an international logistics solutions provider with core business of providing sea logistics services including ocean freight forwarding (FCL and LCL), transportation, custom clearance, warehousing and other value added services to the clients.
