The company shall intimate the outcome of the Board Meeting & the financial results immediately after the Board Meeting. Further, with reference to its letter dated March 31, 2023 regarding closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company, shall continue to remain close till May 24, 2023 (inclusive), for all the designated persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives on account of consideration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.
