Walchand Peoplefirst has informed that the Paid-up Share Capital of the Walchand PeopleFirst is less then INR 10 crore i.e., Rs 290.39 Lakhs and Net Worth is less than Rs 25 crores i.e., Rs 2269.21 Lakhs as on 31st March 2023 i.e., less than the requirements of Regulation 15 of SEBI ((Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. Therefore, the Company hereby claimed an exemption under Regulation 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, and consequently, Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 shall not be applicable to the Company.
