Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Tirupati Starch & Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 24th day of May, 2023, at 03:00 pm at the registered office of the Company situated at First Floor, ‘Shreeram Chambers’, 12- Agrawal Nagar, Indore - 452001 (M.P.), to consider and approve the standalone audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023. Further as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019, the trading window for the Directors, KMP’s, designated persons, employees, connected persons and their relatives has been closed from 01st April 2023 till 26th May 2023.
