Manali Petrochemical has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 25th May 2023 for considering the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 and recommendation of dividend if any for FY 2022-23. As intimated earlier vide letter dated 28th March 2023, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the above financial results.
