According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 3519.68 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, March 12, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 517.56 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 4037.24 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 125.08 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 173.93 crore.
