With reference to its earlier voluntary update of May 16, 2023 in relation to its bid for Selection of Managed Service Provider (MSP) for design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of Government of e-Marketplace, Infibeam Avenues has informed further: Avenues is currently a part of an MSP Consortium to drive the Public Private Partnership (‘PPP’) based National Procurement Portal i.e. Government eMarketplace (‘GeM’). As a Consortium Partner, Infibeam brings its expertise on core software components of GeM, the eMarketplace framework, b) The current GeM engagement is for a period of 5 years from the date of its go live which tentatively ends around December 2023. The current engagement can further be extended for 2 more years with similar terms and conditions on completion of the initial tenure/ current engagement. If extension is awarded, the current engagement shall continue upto December 2025, c) GeM is undergoing the process of re RFP for the selection of MSP for GeM rearchitecture. The RFP selection process is ongoing with bids received as a response to the RFP of September 2022. Upon award, the new solution is expected to be deployed within the period of 18 months, d) The Company has given a voluntary clarification to the Exchange(s) regarding the status of bid as an MSP for GeM rearchitecture. The Company shall also explore / pursue opportunities in GeM re RFP in similar role and capacity as it is performing in the current engagement.
