Fermenta Biotech has executed and registered a sale deed on May 16, 2023 to sell premises situated at the 10th floor in Thane One Building, DIL Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Majiwade, Thane (West) 400 610 on the terms and conditions mentioned in the sale deed and as approved by the Board of Directors of the company. Sale of the 10th floor in Thane One Building admeasuring 9,286 square feet carpet area, for a total consideration of Rs 14.05 crore.
