Jubilant FoodWorks reports 70% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Jubilant FoodWorks has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2023.

The company has reported 59.07% fall in net profit at Rs 47.53 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 116.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.67% at Rs 1,271.79 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 1,170.30 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 70.27% fall in its net profit at Rs 28.54 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 96.01 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.50% at Rs 1,289.60 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 1,188.61 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2023, the company has reported 18.58% fall in its net profit at Rs 356.21 crore as compared to Rs 437.51 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 17.70% at Rs 5,145.70 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4,371.76 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.

For the year ended March 31, 2023, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 15.56% fall in its net profit at Rs 353.03 crore as compared to Rs 418.09 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 17.38% at Rs 5,208.66 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4,437.48 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
