DJ Mediaprint & Logistics has informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023 will now be held on Friday, 26th May, 2023 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 ('Financial Results'); and recommend dividend if any; consider matters relating to the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, as informed vide communication dated 31st March, 2023 and in terms of 'DJ Mediaprint & Logistics’: Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosures for Prohibition of Insider Trading', the trading window of the Company will remain closed till forty-eight (48) hours after the Financial Results of the Company becomes generally available.
