Zydus Lifesciences has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2023.
The company has reported 98.74% rise in net profit at Rs 490.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 246.90 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 39.40% at Rs 2830.50 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 2030.50 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 25.36% fall in its net profit at Rs 296.60 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 397.40 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 29.96% at Rs 5048.40 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 3884.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2023, the company has reported 78.25% rise in its net profit at Rs 1529.20 crore as compared to Rs 857.90 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 15.77% at Rs 9280.00 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 8015.60 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
For the year ended March 31, 2023, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 56.31% fall in its net profit at Rs 1960.30 crore as compared to Rs 4487.30 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.63% at Rs 17424.00 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 15334.60 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
