In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Black Box has informed that Black Box Technologies Australia (hereinafter referred to as 'Acquirer' or 'Black Box'), Indirect Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Black Box ('the Company') (formerly known as AGC Networks), has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of shares of Global Speech Networks ('Target Company being limited liability company incorporated under laws of Australia ('Australian Laws') on May 17, 2023. In terms of SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, It has enclosed details of the said acquisition in the prescribed format.
