Allcargo Logistics has executed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and ancillary document on May 17, 2023 for acquisition of 8,90,69,138 Equity Shares i.e. 38.87% stake of Allcargo Supply Chain (formerly known as Avvashya Supply Chain) (ASCPL) from JKS Finance & its affiliates, for consideration of around Rs 163 crore.
Further, the company has also executed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and ancillary document on May 17, 2023 for sale of 16,00,994 Equity Shares i.e. 61.13% stake of Avvashya CCI Logistics (ACCI) to JKS Finance for consideration of around Rs 39 crore.
