As noted in its letter dated March 29, 2023, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 1, 2023 until 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting convened for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. Since the Board Meeting has now been fixed. It has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be open with effect from Friday, June 02, 2023.
