Universal Cables has informed that the Company has executed the Deed of Amendment on 19th May, 2023, to the Manufacturing Technical Collaboration Agreement dated 9th August, 2018 (‘MTCA’) by and between the Company and NKT GmbH & Co. KG, Germany (‘NKT’). The said Deed of Amendment has been duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 18th May, 2023. The disclosures as required under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are furnished in the prescribed form as per Annexure-1 attached.
