Deep Industries has informed that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 to transact the following businesses: To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 thereon as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and to consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2023. In terms of Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from April 1, 2023 in terms of its earlier notice dated March 27, 2023 related to Closure of the Trading Window, shall accordingly now remain closed till completion of 48 hrs after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2023.
