Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI LODR, 2015, Hind Rectifiers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Mumbai, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. Further, in its letter no HIRECT/SEC/2022-2023/65 dated March 30, 2023, the company had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from March 31, 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
