IST informs about board meeting

IST has informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29th May, 2023, to consider and approve the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31 March, 2023. In continuation to earlier intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for the Company's Directors / Designated Employees, other persons having access to the price sensitive information and their dependents with effective from 1st April, 2023 and shall continue to remain close till the completion of 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 are submitted to the stock exchange.
