FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 23 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6960.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 5670.58 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1289.58 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 503.75 crore against gross selling of Rs 236.93 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 266.82 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4.85 crore against gross selling of Rs 20.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 15.50 crore in hybrid segment.
