In relation to the Development Agreement entered into with Dosti Realty for the Real estate project on the Company's Hadapsar land in Pune and in reference to letters dated 15th March, 2023 and 28th April, 2023 pursuant to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Indian Hume Pipe Co has intimated that Dosti Realty has launched and opened sales bookings for Phase-1 of the project. Dosti Realty has registered Phase-2 of the real estate project with MahaRERA vide RERA Registration No.P52100051041 under Dosti Greenscapes - Phase 2. The development under Phase-2 of the project consists of 3 residential towers (having total 3 wings) and has a total RERA carpet area of 2,68,432.42 sq. ft. The Phase -2 completion date is 30-04-2028. As intimated earlier also the total planned development under all phases of the project will consist of 12 towers with an approximate total RERA carpet area of 10,51,389 Sq ft. (is subject to change based on the development control rules and market dynamics).
