Ultratech Cement has informed that in reference to letters dated 28th April, 2023 and in terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company has issued letter of confirmation to 11 shareholders, as per list given in Annexure I attached based on information received from the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent on 19th May, 2023.
