Radico Khaitan has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company had, at its meeting held today on Thursday, May 25, 2023, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023, as recommended by the Audit Committee; and Recommended a Dividend of 150%, Rs 3 per equity shares of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid within 30 days from declaration at the Annual General Meeting.
